He has led high-performing teams across 20+ countries, guided multiple companies to billion-dollar valuations, and built the operational foundations for sustainable, long-term growth.

Mark began his operating career as the co-founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Corporate Development at Fabrinet (NYSE: FN), a global manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider. Over 12 years, he helped scale the company from inception to over $1 billion in revenue and 13,000 employees worldwide. Following his tenure at Fabrinet, Mark became a General Partner at Launchpad Digital Health, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on enterprise health tech. There, he helped raise the inaugural fund and led investments in more than 30 startups, several of which exited successfully to strategic acquirers including Apple and Google.

Mark later joined Trax, an AI-driven computer vision SaaS company, as Chief Financial Officer. At Trax, Mark helped scale the business from $30 million to $165 million in annual recurring revenue, building robust international finance and data operations to serve customers in more than 70 countries. He played a key role in the company’s capital strategy, organizational design, and executive leadership during a critical phase of growth.

More recently, Mark served as CFO of Markforged (NYSE: MKFG), a software-enabled manufacturing platform. He led the company through its public offering in 2021, raising over $300 million. During his tenure, Markforged achieved eight quarters of performance meeting or exceeding guidance. The company was later acquired.

Throughout his career, Mark has built and modernized internal infrastructures across finance, legal, IT, data privacy, procurement, and people operations.
